pk989 Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pk989 through any device – whether a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer – and by creating an account or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form the complete agreement between you and pk989 regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter.

pk989 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of pk989 after any such update constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. Where changes are material, pk989 will make reasonable efforts to notify users via the email address or mobile number registered to their account.

These terms apply equally to all users of pk989, regardless of how they access the platform, which games or betting markets they use, or which payment methods they use to deposit or withdraw funds.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To be eligible to register and use a pk989 account you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of or physically present in Pakistan when placing bets or using casino games.
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or as a nominee for someone else.
• Not have been previously excluded or banned from pk989 or any related platform.
• Not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of a pk989 employee in a role that could involve a conflict of interest.

pk989 may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm age and eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one pk989 account only. Multiple accounts created by the same person – whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods – are strictly prohibited. Where pk989 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the first registered may be closed without notice and any associated balances or winnings may be forfeited.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering for a pk989 account you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, a valid mobile number registered in your name in Pakistan, and a valid email address if requested. You are responsible for keeping this information current. pk989 is not liable for any consequences arising from incorrect or outdated information held on your account.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your pk989 account credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. pk989 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact pk989 support immediately. Any activity that occurs via your account before you notify pk989 of unauthorised access remains your responsibility.

3.3 Verification

pk989 may at any time request that you verify your identity by submitting a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), mobile account ownership confirmation, or other documentation. This is standard practice and is carried out to protect all users of the platform. Verification requests do not imply any wrongdoing on your part. Accounts undergoing verification may have withdrawals temporarily held until the process is complete.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits on pk989 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued by Pakistani banks.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set at platform level, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits which are outside pk989's control.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are processed instantly and credited to your pk989 wallet in real time. Bank transfers via IBFT may take up to one working day depending on your bank's processing times. Card deposits are typically processed within a few minutes. pk989 does not charge fees on deposits. Transaction charges imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.

4.3 Failed or Unallocated Deposits

If a deposit is deducted from your payment account but not credited to your pk989 wallet, contact support immediately with your transaction reference number and the amount. pk989 will investigate and credit legitimate deposits within 24 hours. Do not attempt to re-initiate a failed deposit without first contacting support, as this may result in duplicate charges.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pk989 wallet can be made at any time provided your account is in good standing and there are no pending verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount, though larger withdrawals may be processed in staged tranches.

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect our users. Withdrawals to Easypaisa or JazzCash are processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers via IBFT typically clear within one working day. pk989 does not charge withdrawal fees.

5.2 Wagering Requirements Before Withdrawal

Funds deposited on pk989 must be wagered at least once before they become eligible for withdrawal. This requirement exists to prevent deposit-and-withdraw abuse of the payment system. Winnings accumulated from real-money gameplay are not subject to additional wagering requirements beyond the normal account standing check. Bonus funds are subject to separate bonus-specific wagering requirements described in Section 8.

5.3 Withdrawal Delays

In cases where pk989's security systems flag a withdrawal for manual review – typically for transactions above a certain threshold or where unusual account activity has been detected – the withdrawal may be held for up to 48 hours while the review is completed. You will be notified if this applies to your withdrawal request.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and esports betting markets on pk989. By placing any bet on pk989 you confirm that you understand and accept these rules.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by pk989. Bets are confirmed only once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your wallet. Until that confirmation is received, no bet exists. pk989 reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason, including bets placed at odds that were published in error.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake on any single bet is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market, sport, and account level. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing your bet. Attempting to circumvent maximum stake limits by splitting bets across multiple accounts is prohibited under Section 12 of these terms.

6.3 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes and occasional temporary suspension during key moments in a match. pk989 uses automated systems to manage in-play odds and may suspend markets at any time without notice. Bets placed before a market suspension are honoured at the odds recorded at the time of placement.

6.4 Void Bets and Settlements

Bets are voided and stakes returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before a result is determined; the event is postponed beyond a period defined by pk989's market rules; a market is published in error with incorrect odds that materially distort fair value. Voided bets are not counted towards wagering requirements.

6.5 Cricket Betting Specifics

For PSL and international cricket matches, pk989 follows the official match result as published by the relevant board (PCB, ICC) for settlement purposes. For rain-affected matches, the DLS method result is used where applicable. In-play markets suspended mid-over due to a wicket falling will be settled based on the result at the point of suspension if technically necessary.

7. Casino and Games

All casino games available on pk989 – including Aviator, Roulette, Baccarat, and all other titles in the online casino section – operate on certified random number generation (RNG) technology. The outcomes of all games are entirely random and cannot be influenced by pk989, by the game provider, or by any player action outside the game mechanics. pk989 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.1 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session – including connection interruptions, software errors, or server failures – pk989's systems will record the last confirmed game state. Bets placed in a round where a malfunction occurred before the round was completed will be returned to the player's wallet. Completed rounds prior to the malfunction are settled as recorded.

7.2 Responsible Use of Casino Features

Casino games are designed for entertainment. pk989 provides tools to help you play responsibly including session limits, deposit limits, and self-exclusion. These are detailed in Section 10. pk989 strongly encourages all casino players to set personal limits before starting each session.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

pk989 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each individual promotion has its own specific terms which are published alongside the promotion itself. The following general principles apply to all pk989 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered before conversion to real-money funds eligible for withdrawal.
• Standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within 30 days of being credited unless a different validity period is stated in the promotion terms.
• One bonus may be active at a time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses simultaneously unless a promotion specifically permits this.
• pk989 reserves the right to cancel or amend any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion and met the conditions will have their bonus honoured.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, gifted, or combined with another player's bonus.

9. Referral Programme

The pk989 Refer a Friend programme allows registered players to earn PKR commissions by referring new players to the platform. Commission is calculated as a percentage of the net revenue generated by referred players and is paid into your pk989 wallet on a regular schedule. The programme operates on four tiers based on the number of active referred accounts: Bronze (5%), Silver (10%), Gold (15%), and Diamond (25%).

9.1 Referral Eligibility

To earn referral commission, the referred player must register using your unique referral code or link, make at least one qualifying deposit, and generate net gaming revenue on pk989. Self-referral – referring yourself using a secondary account – is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation of all accumulated referral commissions and permanent closure of both accounts.

9.2 Commission Payment

Referral commissions are calculated weekly and credited to your pk989 wallet. You may withdraw commission earnings using any available withdrawal method subject to the standard minimum withdrawal amount of Rs 500. Commissions are paid for the lifetime of the referred player's account, provided both your account and the referred player's account remain in good standing.

9.3 Referral Abuse

pk989 monitors referral activity for patterns consistent with abuse, including registration of fake accounts, coordinated deposit and withdrawal cycles, and other manipulative tactics. Any referral commissions generated through abusive activity will be void and the accounts involved will be subject to closure.

10. Responsible Gaming

pk989 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We provide the following tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a timer that notifies you when you have been active on pk989 for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your pk989 account. This decision is irreversible for a minimum of 12 months. Self-excluded players will not be contacted with marketing materials.

11. Account Closure

You may close your pk989 account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any available balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method provided all verification requirements have been met.

pk989 reserves the right to close any account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances: violation of these Terms and Conditions; suspected fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity; failure to provide requested verification documentation; account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months with a zero balance; or at our sole discretion for any other reason we deem sufficient to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

In cases of account closure due to a rule violation, pk989 may withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where an investigation confirms fraudulent activity, the balance may be forfeited in full.

12. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pk989 and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one pk989 account.
• Using another person's payment account or identity to register or transact on pk989.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds in any pk989 game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of bets or games.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with pk989's platform in ways not intended for normal human use.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Self-referral or creation of fake accounts for the purpose of generating referral commissions.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or activity that pk989 reasonably believes violates applicable laws.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing pk989 staff or other players.

13. Limitation of Liability

pk989 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accept no liability for losses resulting from technical outages, maintenance periods, or factors outside our control including internet service interruptions, third-party payment processor failures, or force majeure events.

pk989's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of the relevant bet stake or deposit transaction that is the subject of the claim, not to exceed Rs 100,000 in any single calendar month. This limitation applies to all claims whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

pk989 accepts no liability for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of anticipated winnings from bets not yet settled, profits foregone due to technical issues, or reputational or social consequences of gambling outcomes.

14. Privacy and Data

pk989 collects and processes personal data in order to provide and improve the platform, process transactions, verify identities, prevent fraud, and fulfil responsible gaming obligations. By using pk989 you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team. Note that deletion requests may be subject to retention obligations that override your request in certain circumstances, particularly where records are required for anti-fraud or legal compliance purposes.

15. Amendments to These Terms

pk989 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with the effective date shown at the top. For material changes – those that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a pk989 user – we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via your registered mobile number or email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

If you do not agree with any changes to these terms, you must stop using pk989 and may close your account as described in Section 11. Your continued use of pk989 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
